This is a $3,546 decrease from Q4 of 2015. There were 15 active listings at the end of Q1 and 20 listings under contract. The average price for the listings under contract was significantly lower than the active or sold listings, at $664,736.

There were 28 active listings at the end of Q3 and 9 listings under contract. The average price for the listings under contract was significantly lower than the active or sold listings, at $555,400.

For the neighborhood of Lowry Field, 23 homes were sold during Q3, with an average selling price of $693,398. Compared to other neighborhoods like Hale or Goldsmith, the number of days homes were on the market was on the longer end – 30 days on average.
